Dr. Rahmat Afrasiabi is a distinguished Board Certified Allergist and Clinical Immunologist serving the Prescott, Arizona community. With over four decades of medical expertise, including 33 years specializing in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, Dr. Afrasiabi brings exceptional clinical experience and academic credentials to his practice.

Dr. Afrasiabi graduated with honors from the Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 1977. He completed his residency training at two renowned institutions: UCLA Medical Center and Yale-affiliated St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut. His specialized fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology was completed at UCLA between 1988-1990.

In 1996, Dr. Afrasiabi joined the UC Davis Department of Medicine, Division of Allergy, Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology as an Assistant Clinical Professor. His excellence in the field led to his promotion to Associate Clinical Professor in 2002, a position he held until 2011.

Dr. Afrasiabi is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (FAAAAI), reflecting his commitment to the highest standards in his specialty.

Dr. Afrasiabi has been providing compassionate, specialized care to patients in the Prescott area since 2016, combining his extensive clinical experience with a dedication to patient-centered treatment.
